Spa Etiquette Guide

The spa is open to the public. You need not be a guest of the resort to enjoy the spa. To ensure availability, please make reservations for spa services in advance. We are open 7 days a week year round.

When Scheduling your appointment please remember:
• Arrive 15 minutes early prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in, change into robe and slippers and enjoy the spa.
• A 24 hour notice is expected for cancellations or changes to your appointments.
• You will be charged 100% of the price for services not canceled in the allotted time. You will not be charged if we can rebook your appointment.
• For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to your total treatment charge, which your welcome to adjust accordingly.

Tours:
To ensure the privacy and relaxation of our guests, "looking around" or self guided tours of the spa are not permitted.

Our staff would be happy to give you a tour of the spa when spa services are not in progress. Please contact our spa staff or the hotel front desk.

Late Arrivals:
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Comfort level:
We want you to relax and enjoy your experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music... just let us know.
