Culinary Concepts is a full-service catering company that offers a wide
range of elegant and affordable options to make your special occasion memorable.
Culinary Concepts Bridal Menu will suit any wedding from casual to formal. We offer
everything from wedding brunches to full-service wedding packages that include
five-course meals, butler-style passed hors d’oeuvres, and handcrafted ice sculptures.
John Simpson, Owner, studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and apprenticed under
specialty chefs in the San Francisco Bay area for 11 years. From California he moved to New
Mexico where he worked as a restaurant design consultant. He then moved back to California
where he opened a restaurant and catering company. On a visit to Cache Valley, Simpson decided
that this was the place he wanted to stay.
Currently Simpson teaches Culinary Arts at Utah State University and he also teaches classes at
Kitchen Kneads in Logan on a regular basis. His passion is art and science to create
Culinary Concepts is owned and operated by John and Michelle Simpson. We reside in
Smithffeld, Utah where our business is also located. John is Executive Chef and Michelle is
Director of Sales and Marketing. With John’s passion for preparing food and Michelle’s
experience working with the public, we work together to give our customers a well
organized and memorable event.
Culinary Concepts has won many professional awards to include: Spice on Ice - Chef of the
Year 2004 & 2006. We have maintained an excellent reputation for over 10 years.

Deadlines
• A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due when you book your date • The
remainder of your balance is due the day of your event • The ffnal number of
guests whom you are expecting to attend your event is due to us ffve business
days before your event.
Change & Cancellation Policies
It is our goal to offer the highest quality in food and service to our customers. Your assistance
is very much appreciated by giving us as much notice as possible for your event. We realize
that some changes and cancellations are unavoidable, yet they are costly to our operation.
Please make any order changes at least three days before your event. Orders after that
time may have a 10% service charge added. We cannot accept cancelations less than
ffve days prior to an event.
